Day 1: Marrakech to Ouarzazate
After pick up from your hotel; you’ll be heading out facing the High Atlas Mountains, while enjoying a drive with amazing views overlooking several remote villages. Past the highest Tichka pass, you’ll continue your way through the former caravan route to Telouet, and visit its oldest building “Kasbah Telouet” dating from between the 18th and 19th century. Afterwards, getting to “Ait benhaddou” the UNESCO world heritage site since 1987; visit and have lunch. Late afternoon drive straight to “Ouarzazate“, the city known as the gateway to Sahara & Hollywood of Africa. Ouarzazate also has some amazing highlights not to be missed such as: the 18th century “Kasbah Taourirt“, the Movie Museum and Movie studios. Overnight stay at a nice boutique guest house, with stunning views overlook the surrounding areas
Day 2: Ouarzazate to Marrakech
wake up quietly, have your traditional breakfast and leave the hotel. Today you might like to complete your exploration for the city Ouarzazate; visit the astonishing Skoura Oasis with its 17th-century “Kasbah Amridil“, then retrace your way back to Marrakech.
