ITINERARY
DAY TRIP TO OURIKA VALLEY FROM MARRAKECH, ideally starts at 9:00 am. Pick up from your hotel and heading South towards the Atlas Mountains, uncover lush green landscapes, and enjoy a peaceful retreat in nature.
On route, there is a chance to visit the souk (weekly market), depending the day you planed to get here. A market day names “TNINE OURIKA” which means “MONDAY’S SOUK”; it is a special day for all locals living around to buy and sell. During the following Excursion to Ourika from Marrakech, you might visit one of the women’s cooperatives for making Argan products. As you will be able to get in one of the berber families house, experience a local life style and have a traditional mint tea
From here, we keep driving straight to the village of Stti Fatma, meet with a local guided and hike the mountain to unveal the wonders of nature in this region, including waterfalls. Lunch and then return by the same route to Marrakech at around 16:00 PM.
