Welcome to our Payment & Booking Policy. At Finest Morocco Tour, we believe that complete transparency and clarity are the foundation of an unforgettable journey. Below, you will find clear details about our booking terms, designed to give you full confidence and peace of mind every step of the way.

Book Now, Pay Later

To make your travel planning as seamless and risk-free as possible, we operate primarily on a “Book Now, Pay Later” policy for most of our tours and day excursions.

Standard Payment Terms
For standard tours and itineraries, no advance payment is required at the time of booking. You can confirm your reservation and pay the total amount in cash upon meeting our team prior to the start of your tour.
Advance Deposit (When Applicable)
An advance deposit (typically 25% of the total amount) is only required in specific cases, such as:

Bookings that include hotel, luxury camp, or third-party accommodations requiring non-refundable holds.
Customized private multi-day packages during high tourist seasons.
If the client explicitly requests to prepay for their itinerary in advance.

You will always be informed in advance during the inquiry process if your specific booking requires an advance deposit.

Payment Methods & Bank Details
If a deposit applies to your booking, an official invoice will be sent to your email containing our secure bank transfer details (IBAN / SWIFT) or payment instructions. Please ensure you send us a copy of the wire transfer receipt once the transaction is completed to guarantee your reservation.

Children Reduction

Children under 5 years old: Free of charge.
Children between 5 and 12 years old: 30% reduction on the total price.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is made by the client, the following cancellation charges will apply based on the date written notice is received:

More than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total invoice.
Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 30% of the total invoice.
Between 14 and 7 days before departure: 50% of the total invoice.
Between 6 and 2 days before departure: 80% of the total invoice.
Less than 48 hours / Day of departure / No-show: 100% of the total invoice.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our prices. Finest Morocco Tour strongly recommends that all travelers purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering medical emergencies, repatriation, trip cancellation, and stay interruption.

Travel Documents

For most visitors entering Morocco, a full passport valid for a minimum of six (6) months beyond the date of entry is required. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents.

Responsibility, Safety & Force Majeure

Proactive Safety & Weather Monitoring

Your safety and peace of mind are our absolute priorities. Before confirming any booking and prior to departure, our team closely monitors local weather conditions, road accessibility, and safety updates to prevent any disruptions and ensure a seamless travel experience.

Itinerary Modifications & Limitations

Tours, excursions, and their itineraries may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local imperatives, severe weather, or safety considerations. Finest Morocco Tour shall not be held legally liable for service disruptions, delays, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control: extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other Force Majeure events.

While legal liability for Force Majeure rests outside our control, Finest Morocco Tour remains fully dedicated to supporting you.
